What is the return process?
Ensure all items are removed from the totes and that they are emptied. To provide you with adequate time to thoroughly unpack, you have an additional day beyond the end of your rental period to prepare the totes for return.
Do I have to clean the totes?
No, customers are not required to clean the totes upon returning them. The totes must only be emptied out of all personal items
