You can cancel your order anytime up to 12 hours before the pre-scheduled delivery date for free. If you need to cancel within less than 12 hours notice, there is a $25 convenience fee. If you have already received the boxes and need to cancel your order post-delivery, we charge a $99 re-stocking fee.
Once the order is placed and confirmed, we will promptly begin preparing it for delivery. During the purchasing process, you will be asked to specify the desired delivery date and the duration for which you require the totes.
Ensure all items are removed from the totes and that they are emptied. To provide you with adequate time to thoroughly unpack, you have an additional day beyond the end of your rental period to prepare the totes for return.
