Will I be charged for delivery?
Customers within the 15 mile radius delivery zone will not be charged for delivery/return of their totes. Address will be confirmed that it is within the delivery zone after the order has been processed.
Outside of the delivery zone?
If delivery and/or pick-up is outside of our main operating zone feel free to contact us to arrange the delivery fee. There is a small fee ($2/Mile outside of radius) to cover the cost of gas and time.

Delivery / Return Process
Once the order is placed and confirmed, we will promptly begin preparing it for delivery. During the purchasing process, you will be asked to specify the desired delivery date and the duration for which you require the totes.
Ensure all items are removed from the totes and that they are emptied. To provide you with adequate time to thoroughly unpack, you have an additional day beyond the end of your rental period to prepare the totes for return.
